Create New Datalist

In the Manage Application Page, click on the Lists tab to Create New Datalist.

Fill in the fields with the following:

ID: leaveSubmissionList
Name: Leave Submission List

Upon saving, the browser will be redirected to the Datalist Builder.

Select Binder

You will be prompted with the Binder selection when you first launch the Datalist Builder. Choose the default binder, Form Data Binder, then click on Next.

In the next tab, we will need to select which form the Datalist will be based on. Choose Leave Application Form,  then click on OK.

Add New Columns

Datalist Builder will retrieve all the fields found in the selected form and populate the elements palette on the left in the designer tab. The designer pane is on the right.

Populate the designer pane by dragging the following columns into it:

  • Name
  • Start Date
  • End Date

You are free to arrange them to your liking.

When you're done, click on the Preview tab to preview your Datalist.

When you are satisfied with your work, click on Save.
