How to have process's inbox menu's columns in a separate datalist?

Hi,

I am using Joget workflow v5 community edition. I want to have a datalist which will have 'Activity Name' and 'Date Created' columns of a process inbox menu, along with some additional columns. I aim to introduce some filters in this new datalist. 

Is there any way I can do this (I don't intend to change joget's source code)? 

In other words, I want to edit out a few columns from the inbox menu, replace them with new ones, and add a few filters to it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
