How do I set a minimum time for the time picker?

The date picker has an option of "Set Current Date As" to set a certain date range . But that's only for the date. 

How do I limit the time picking to a certain value?

      Hi, I do not think there is such a built-in feature so you might need to figure out some custom JavaScript for it.
