Opinion on joget version for fast development

Nice day. 
I would like to ask for your advice, if you are so kind.
 I have to develop with my team a software to follow judicial files in a company.
 The software must contain the status of the files, the dates of the next expiration, the people who saw the files, aproval and be compatible with mobile devices.
 I think I should use the professional version with some pluggin or app for mobile development.
 It must be a fast development. 1 month or something. I think best option is professional option with some app or prebuilt template.

      Hi, there is a comparison of the features at https://www.joget.org/workflow-management/. Do you need to have LDAP or Active Directory integration, or have many users? If so, then you need the enterprise edition.
