Hi Joget, currently I am using the Free version Joget to create a system from it. It seems that certain Hash Variables such as

Organization

Department

Grade

HOD

  • #currentUser.hod.username#
  • #currentUser.hod.firstName#
  • #currentUser.hod.lastName#
  • #currentUser.hod.email#
  • #currentUser.hod.active#
  • #currentUser.hod.timeZone#

is not available for Free version? Because when I tried to use this Hash Variables nothing is grab from the data. Even when I use the hotkey, ctrl + shift + 3 to activate the Hash variable helper doesn't seem to include any of the hash variables. May I know is this because I am using Free version or some other reason make it to be like that.

Thank you Joget!

Thanks for the reply Chris Angel. The thing is that I am currently using Joget community edition. May I know does it support  #currentUser.department.name# in hash variable.

It does not unfortunately. A tip for you, it you want to know what's available in community or not, you can search and compare the file name relatively easy in Joget community Github project.

Click on CTRL+SHIFT+3 when typing inside the Joget builder to bring up the hash variable autocomplete helper. This way, you can see what hash is available in your edition of Joget.

There's a page on the website at https://www.joget.org/plugin-comparison/ showing the differences between the editions.

Joget community edition do not have as much features as the enterprise edition. However, if you only require access to 3 users, you can use enterprise edition without any charges. Or you can have a look at Joget Cloud for very affordable plans.
