How can i access joget without start joget server?

i want to upload to our windows server to be access but without start joget server accordingly. anyone have done that?

      Hi, Joget runs on a Java application server like the bundled Tomcat, or any other supported one like JBoss, Websphere or Weblogic. If you want to run on another Windows server you will need to ensure a supported application server is running there.
