I am Ugorji Nnanna, I work in a small ISP and we are trying to see how Joget can help for our processes. I found your details at the Joget community website.
I use Version 3 – Build 220.
I would like to ask if you can give an opinion or idea on a certain issue I am facing with it. It has to do with the entries in the inbox.
My Joget setup has a single inbox for a user, and in this inbox, everything comes in, it gets messy because there's no way to differentiate the various entries - the untreated ones, the ones saved as draft to be treated later. I am wondering if there is a way to create folders in the inbox where different cases can be separated.
If you have any information about this, I would be glad to know and grateful.
