Comment: Migrated to Confluence 4.0

Dear Joget,

Its been awesome using this application so far but we are stuck in this small task. Our problem is this -

We want the attachment in a form to be uploaded to external server using webserver at a specified path inside the form.

What we have done so far -

1) Created a new user called appname and added him as the last user in each process accordingly. So in emailtool.java, we modified it so that whenever the participantId is appName , it will get the doc name by going to the wflow folder inside specific process id.

2) We are planning to add a new field in any one of the form with id "appform" and fetch it from database .

The real issue is the second step, - How can we get the form field value using hibernate? I tried a lot for this but no luck so far.

Also I wanted to know if there is any other shortcut/beautiful way to handle the real problem of uploading files to other server at prescribed location.

It would be very helpful if u guys helped us. We are stuck on this from long time.

Regards,

Sharadh
