First of all, thanks for your interest in using Joget v3. We have just released the stable version of Joget v3 today. Please try it out.
It's only possible through the use of Javascript placed in a Custom HTML element at the moment. However, if you were to use the Enterprise-level's Form Grid element, it is possible to link each row of the grid to another form for data entry. In the form linked, one can implement all the validations needed.
