Bug Tabs or Multipage under MultiPage Application Example

Here is the application for Sub Tab using "Multi Paged Form".

 I am able to save the record as expected but the navigation for the button is broken on Tab 4. 

  1. There are two Next and Previous Button that shows on the Page and there is no way to remove the buttons.
  2. The navigation is broken Clicking on the Next button takes to Main Pag


I tried by fixing the section names but it does not help. Can anyone help with this one?

      By the way if I remove the Subtab into Top Level Tab there is no navigation issues.
