As per subject above, i would like to know how to view forms that have previously been completed as evidence to show to auditor / requestor.

      Use a status field in your form to denote completed or approved, etc. Then use datalist to display the completed records. You can see an example of this design in the included Expenses Claim app in the menu 'Approved Expenses'.

        After further checking, it need the enterprise feature 'CRUD' to fulfill my requirement
