How to notify the status of the application for requester?

Hi,

How the requester can notify the status of the form submitted if the form have various levels of approval.

For example, If HOD rejected the application, user can get notify from HOD.

      Hi, you can design your process so that there is a tool mapped to the Email Tool to send the rejection notification status.
