I had a client a few months back for whom I built and app and he started using it on JOGET DX-CLOUD.
A few days ago suddenly his URL stopped working.

Going to the URL redirects to this page, I do not know what the problem is, why or when does this happen, I have been using JOGET Cloud for a long time and i have never seen this issue, I have multiple clients and neither of them have ever faced anything like this.
Please let me know if there is something you know about this or something i can do to fix it

      Check if the cloud account creator received the following similar email, which I also recently received, I suspect your cloud account has expired as you did not subscribe to the cloud:

      We've noticed that your Joget DX On-Demand account has been inactive for 7 days. ACTION REQUIRED: Keep your account active by logging in at least once every 14 days. To keep our service optimized for all of our active users, we will remove inactive accounts after 14 days.
