Download Report plugin

Hi,
I have : Form 1: Submit an application
Model 2: Approval
Model 3: View approval file

i used  Download Report plugin in Datalist's , how can i download the report(Form3) for each request when click download report ?

      Not clear on your question. What is "model"? Maybe you are referring to Download PDF Datalist Action Plugin to https://marketplace.joget.org/jw/web/userview/mp/mpp/_/vad?id=download_pdf_datalist_action_v1 plugin?
