Hello Everyone.

I am new to Joget.

When it comes to forms, is it possible to set the permission of a form so that once a form is submitted the submission cannot be seen by others who also submit the same form?

Hope this makes sense - thanks!

Hi, if you design a workflow process and map the forms and participants appropriately, that is automatically handled. Once an assignment is completed, it is no longer available in the task inbox. For more complex needs, you can set custom Permission Control for your forms.

        Thank you, Anders.

        My process is very simple.

I mapped the Submit Form activity to the form that I want to be completed.  Not sure if I have done this process correctly?

We need the form to be able to be viewed and filled out anonymously, so not logged in, I could not find this type of option for the Participant - is that normal?

        Regards.

To submit a form anonymously, you should use the Map Activities to Forms#RunProcess form mapping.

        Hello Anders,

I believe I have done that.

In the process diagram above Submit Form is the activity and I mapped to my form.

        Did I do it properly?

        Many thanks.

You should map the form to the start node actually.
