How to approve every user for a approval?

At the moment, when there is a approval to approve, it only required one user on the X number  of user  that receive the approval to approve it. 

what I would like to do is that every user of one approval must approve to make it "Approve"

p.s

I would like to do something like that. I used the generator app to do this the only problem was if they were one approver to approve, nobody else needed to approve foward. Is there a simple and better way to do this?

      Hi, you could try using multiple approval swimlanes with separate Approve activities, with all of them transitioning to an AND route. Also found another way in the Knowledge Base at Multiple Approval.
