how i can get value textfield to form grid ?

i don;t know how i can get value textfield in jdbc binder form grid ? 

i want try use on bean shell or jdbc binder only .

when i try insert the kode didn;t get value ?

      In your grid, configure the load binder to use JDBC Form Binder

        I already know jdbc binder. But i want insert value with text field with id 'kode' outside grid
