Hi, once a task is assigned to specific users, it will remain until the activity has been completed. To re-evaluate the assignments, there is an option under Running Process Instance.

I have a UserView with a Form link which originally only showed up when the logged in user was one specified on the Map Participants to Users for that part of the workflow. I added a couple more user mappings for different users, however, the link to the form does not show up for them when they access the UserView. Oddly enough, I removed one of the original users from that mapping. However, that removed user can still see the link to the form. Is there some other type of permission(s) that are controlling the visibility of this form link?
