Hi everyone, I am not very good with programming thus using Joget has been very helpful to me. But I stumble upon this problem where I need to change error message when using duplicate value validator. From 'value already exists' to something more making sense in my case. I read that I need to use bean shell programming instead to change the sentence. But what's the point in having wrong format error message field to custom my sentence when it's not going to function...

Thank you Anders for your response. I've read the info on manage message. I don't understand the part where it says that I can override existing message key value. How to know key value?

I searched the translate.joget.org site for the text and found the key form.duplicatevaluevalidator.e.valueAlreadyExist https://translate.joget.org/fr/translate/#search=value%20already%20exists&sfields=target&unit=239661

Hi, perhaps you can try changing the message label using Manage Messages.
