how to set multiple parameter in ajax subform

i have problem using ajax subform, i need to send multiparameter in ajax subform,

      Hi, if the Ajax subform depends on one single field perhaps you can create another field for the subform to depend on. Then use custom JavaScript to listen to the onchange event to combine the 2 field values into that single combined field.
