Sorry, page not found (Code 404) when use File Upload to Download

Hi team, I´m using File Upload on a form to download an attachment previously charged in another form, and  when I did a click on the hyperlink the page show this message, but strangely in the same form I use another form element with  File Upload tool that use the same table inclusive, the behavior is the expected, the file is downloaded.

Does anybody know what could be the best way to understand how to fix it?
