Can someone please assist me or give me advise with regard to the Form Builder.  When I open it it gives me an error with regard to the initialization of the password field and the text field.  when it opens the fields are not captured within the frame and the first time I use the text field it disappears and I am not able to use it again.

    i remember facing similar problem when i chnaged the "System Locale" under "system setting" from English to arabic .
