I clicked on "launch Workflow Designer" button but a problem occurred which will ask me to save a file named webstart.jnlp , instead of automatically lunching the java web start.

    1. thanks for the reply, it  help but i had re-install Java on my machine and currently the workflow designer is launching without problems.

    1. Hi Walid,

      You will need to open the file using Java Webstart. Look into your Java's installation folder and look for javaws.exe if you are using Windows.
