I'm trying to understand on what is your issue here. Did the form data not being saved into the database? Are you expecting to see a blank form after submission?
Sample apps or steps to replicate is very much appreciated. It will also be good to tell us on what you are trying to achieve.
The data  successfully saved to database.there is no problem on saving data.what i'm expecting is to see blank form after submission.Problem on getting blank form after submission

I'm using Enterprise V4...
All the text filed in the form that i'v made not empty after the form submission....The data has been inserted remains after form submision...
Where should i make the correction...to avoid this to hapen again...
