I'm using Joget v4, but I followed the "Leave App" from the version 3 tutorial, because I found it too difficult to follow the v4 video tutorial, small text and too quick. I published the "Leave App" as instructed.

When logged in as Admin, clicking the "All Apps" right side button shows the "Leave App" as a published app, but the app isn't shown in the desktop view (http://localhost:8080/jw/web/desktop#). I click the "Access the v3 Web Console" hyperlink area, and the "Get Started" page (http://localhost:8080/jw/web/console/home) page has a "Run Apps" link. I click this and get to http://localhost:8080/jw/web/console/run/apps. That page has a link "Published Processes" (http://localhost:8080/jw/web/console/run/processes), which is the only place I can actually find the "Leave App", which is listed as a Process not an App. I launch the process and fill in and submit the leave application form (as Admin). I can't find who is admin's HOD, so I can't see check that he can approve the leave request.

The tutorial said to log in as "cat". I did this and again the "Leave App" doesn't appear in the "App Center", which is the only page accessible to user "cat". So there is no way for cat to open the "request leave" form.

I couldn't find anything in the knowledge base that could explain how the "Leave App" became a Process and not an App, or how to convert it from a process to an App that could be seen on the desktop. Could somebody please let me how to convert the process to an app?

I've found that a process needs to have a Userview for it to appear as an App in the App Center. I downloaded a pdf tutorial, "Joget v4 Getting Started", which contain the information.
