HI,

We have defined a workflow with multiple steps like:

1. User1 starts a process, submits synopsis of paper for approval.

2. Approver to approve / reject synopsis.

3. If Approver approves the synopsis, User can submit the main paper for approval.

4. Approver to approve / reject the paper.

We are able to get the workflow running upto step 3. In step 4, when paper is approved / rejected, the activity does not happen. Audit trail shows this as still running process.

I have not found a way to increase the audit trail level so that I can understand what may be the issue.Is there a way to increase the level of audit trail?

Is multiple steps possible in community edition?

    Can you check whether there is any error in the server log?

    Do you mind attaching your process design diagram here? Or better still, the xpdl file of your App. This would help to identify your problem better.

    I have checked the catalina log and did not see any errors. I do not know any other log to

    check. Please do let me know if you want me to check any specific log / file.
