how to control if certain staff need to do recommendation.

May i know how to control if certain staff need to do recommendation. 

For example:

Staff A need recommendation (Report To, already assign when create the user)
Staff B No need recommendation.



Currently  i'm setting ORG CHAT to direct approval to HOD.

      Hi, what is the current behavior that you are experiencing? By the way, you should add an Otherwise transition to the Route so that there is a default activity or tool in the process in the event none of the conditions are met.
