"Assignment Unavailable" would simply mean, the current user is not one of the assignees of this assignment. Check the activity instance to see if you have assigned to the right person.

Because participant is anonymous so I can not choose right person

Hello everyone, I have a process like this: Anonymous sends a form to admin. Then admin approves and sends that approval form to anonymous above by Email tool with url as inbox containing approval form.
The problem here is that when I use the admin account to access the above url, it goes to the correct approval form I want, but when I am anonymous, I access it and it says "Assignment Unavailable"
Is there any way to help me?
