is it possible to do visiblity control on field in list (not action)

   Hi Dayana
   Can the list filter do the requirement that you want?
   
   Say have list filter for the column: status .
   and in runtime, choose the Rejected status to be shown only?
   
   If not, can you please specify more in detail on the scenario that you want to achieve?
