I would like to know, whether the beta version of Joget V.4 - enterprise is free to use ?

    Hi there,

    It goes with the same model as the v3 Enterprise edition. It is free for up to 3 named users.

    Little bit confused still.

    If I designed a workflow app using joget workflow v.4 - beta enterprise and If I am going to use it in a private server where only the selected staff can be logged in and follow through the process, with a single admin user... I can add two more admin users isn't it?

    The number of users who are using the said workflow are not going to be considered as users ( normal users belong to genera, manager and HOD roles according to the process...) 

    Or else, I can have only 3 users working as the users who create tasks and getting approved etc..

      Hi there,

      You can have only the first 3 named users (First 3 usernames alphabetically) to log in into Joget regardless of the roles. See this for more FAQs
