The stable release for Joget DX 8 is now available, with a focus on UX and Governance.

I've met this same problem and manage to solve it.
Search for Java in control panel to enter Java settings menu,
Select the security tab and click on the edit site list and add http://localhost:8080/ as an exception site list,
