I wish to retrieve the SLA status for an activity to produce a simple report.

How can i retrieve the exact value of the Service Level Monitor from Joget?
Which Joget table(s) is holding this value?

    Try enabling the process data collector. http://dev.joget.org/community/display/KB/Enabling+Data+Collection+for+SLA+Implementation or use the API at http://dev.joget.org/community/display/KB/JSON+API

    Is process data collector available in community edition? I am using community edition 3.1.1. and can see process data collector on application properties and exports but could not found any property for process data collector.

    I am confused about enabling the process data collector as described above.

      Hi Hassan,

      There's no need to set any properties. Process data collector will save a copy of the related data to database table with the prefix wf_report.
