Auto generated words in Date picker

Hi, do you guys have any idea why there's a auto generated words on date picker after a new form opened. I need to get rid of it. Anyone? Thanks in advance.

      Probably some of the fields including these date pickers share the same ID as others. Rename the field elements and use unique field ID please!
