Hi Experts,

Can anyone tell if we define "synchronous" execution in SLA Options of activities so in this case will escalation work? Because I have tried this scenario but escalation was not getting triggered according to the deadline limit.

Please let me know if there is any approach to escalate activities with synchronous execution.

      I think you need to set the "Process Deadline Checker Interval" property in General Settings#TimerSettings , something like '60' seconds.

        We have already set 300 seconds in "Process Deadline Checker Interval" property.

        As I have monitored the process I have found that escalation is working but as I had set deadline limit is 30 minutes yesterday that moment it didn't work but it worked today at 11:32.Can you specify how it is working?

        Synchronous execution is working if we assign deadline in hours but in minutes this execution is not working.Can you tell why this behavior is coming?
