Radio button with Images

Hi,

how do I create radio buttons that display images? I've tried using html but it doesn't render

      Hi, it seems to disallow html possibly for security reasons. Perhaps you could try using some custom javascript/jquery to replace text with images as in https://forum.jquery.com/topic/replacing-text-links-with-images
