I'm using the Process Status to display the current status of a large process.  I've run into a few issues with it:

  1. When the process is large, the entire trail does not fit on the page.  The user has to scroll around on the page in order to find the active node in the trail.
  2. It does not include the swim lanes that are defined in the process.
  3. Nodes occasionally overlap. The overall layout is not nearly as nice as what we layout in the process designer.

Are there ways to address these problems?

Hi, I believe the Process Status serves a different purpose from the process designer or monitor diagram. It is meant to be an indicator for end users to know the status from a high level without needing to know the deep process flow details, which might be confidential too in some cases.

In the latest v6 Beta4 I see a new view for the Process Status that displays in a sequential fashion like below

        That looks awesome! Thanks

I noticed that it only shows form activities. Has anyone found out how to include system tools? Cheers, Eric
