I have a use case within the application that I am currently developing: for traffic control of a city, the neighborhoods have been grouped into zones and each zone has a manager. The person recording incidents only know the neighborhood so the system must be able to: 1 - map the zone and 2-assign tracking the incident to the manager of the areaZone.
How I can develop this procedure?
