Ad Hoc Paid Support

Hi

Is there anyone in the community that provides ad hoc paid support. We are generally having no major problems with the bulk of our app development but when it is coming to the odd bug and technical requirments with some coding it is outside of our ability. 

Or is the only way to subscribe to the cloud package with enterprise support?
