Create ICS file spend too much time

Firstly, we used Exchange server. I configured "attach ICS File" feature in "Email tool", but I found it will spend 20 seconds at least evry time to send the mail. Is it normal ? Or how could I optimize if it can ?

      Can you check the server log and confirm the time taken?

      Joget log will show...

      1. "sending email" timestamp1
      2. Then "sending email completed" timestamp2

      It seems unlikely - its either the computing power given to the server that runs Joget has limitation or the email server is taking a long time. Let's try to pinpoint the source of problem first.

      Compare timestamp1 and timestamp2. 

      Once we hit timestamp1, it means that Joget has completed creating the email object and now talking to email server to send out.

      timestamp2 indicates response from the email server that sending is successful.

      Time in between timestamp1 and 2 relies on the email server mostly.
