You could try using JDBC Options Binder in Load Binder, and use SQL to read the DB table containing the form grid record into the subform form.

Hi. I'm having a problem, does any of you know how can I populate data from form grid main form into form grid in sub form? Much appreciate if you guys can help. Thanks!
