Json api return error

I called a predefined JSON api and opened the link in browser:

http://localhost:8080/jw/web/json/workflow/assignment/process/view/49_App_P01

and the returned value is :

{"error":{"date":"Fri Sep 03 17:16:53 AST 2021","code":"400","message":""}}
I tried to restart joget but same result is returned

      Check server log for detailed error.

      Just in case, did you whitelist your IP or domain in General Settings?

      API Domain Whitelist (Separated by ';')
