Hi Support,

I have upgrade my Joget version from Joget 6.0.22 in Joget DX.

However, after this upgrade, my system running very slow and when I check the IOPS, it has sudden increase into 200k IOPS. Which is before upgrade, the system just require about around 100 IOPS.

Please advise what is the possibilities of this error? I am so clueless what to do. Do I need to restore back into Joget 6?

Hi, there is not enough information to help. Try to see what is actually performing the IO, perhaps you can make use of the Application Performance Management features.

No idea why but use this Joget DX knowledge page as a guide: Joget v6 to DX Upgrade Notes#UpgradingFromAnExistingJogetv5orv6Folders where:

      • Do also note the higher default maximum memory allocation pool for the JVM in "-Xmx768M". Joget DX requires more heap space and if your server has the additional RAM, do allocate more "-Xmx" memory for better performance.

Yes. I am following the guidance from 'Upgrading From An Existing Joget v5 or v6 Folders' section.

Then the next day, the application running so slow.

I'm wondering, is it the tomcat version is the issue or is there something else that does not compatible with Joget DX ?
