How to generate difference ID with same Ref No?

Hello,,

How to generate different ID with same Ref No using same form. Staff key in amount the maintenance and HR department will do approval.

      Hi, do you mean something like this? ID Generator Tool

      Or, maybe you can try using workflow variable for the ID, edit the process flow to your needs, so for example when it flows to the staff, the end id will have s attached. And when it flows to the HR department, the end id will have hr attached. Here are some links that might help you.
