Hi, our users are created via LDAP/AD connection. There are some users that we can delete without issue; others cannot be deleted, no error message either, after hitting the delete button, the user is still there.

What could this be? Are we able to remove users directly from database?

Thank you.

today when we were trying to work with the system, during which process we synced the user accounts with the LDAP; we found that some users although still in the user list, but got completely removed from the group and organization assignment.

      What could cause this?

We verified the problem is that some deleted users came back, but not from the LDAP, but from Joget itself. How would this happen?

Hi, are there any errors in the system logs? You might also want to check to see if there are constraints in the database that prevents the deletion.
