Questioner Form Issues

Hi All, 

I am creating a questioner form on Joget DX7. Request your help on below points. 

  1. Is they any direct option to create questioner form or plugin etc?

  2. How to show number of questions attempted on top of form or anywhere on screen?

  3. Questioner use multiple forms. How to use forms as tabs on screen? I can find option to show section of 1 form as tabs but did not find any option to show multiple forms as tabs.

  4. Is there any option to show side bar (other than existing one) which contains statis of questioner?

      You can try to use workflow process to navigate from one page to another. You can also consider using multipaged form to navigate from one form to another using tab.
