Hi,

We are trying to test the LDAP integration with Joget workflow but facing following issues:

 - When we try to integrate using Directory Manager (LDAP Directory Manager 5.0.0) the test goes successful but once we are done with all the configs, system does NOT allow any one to login. Even the admin user which was defined in integration

 - We also tried Security Enhanced Directory Manager due to which we have our loal admin user working but still we are NOT able to login using any AD user

Can anyone help us to successfully integrate the joget workflow with LDAP. Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

      Thanks for the response.

We are Joget Workflow Enterprise - Joget Inc. All Rights Reserved. Version: 5.0.13 - build d186dc9, we have already used 3 builtin users. Now we try to configure LDAP but it's NOT working when we check the logs in Audit it only shows login false but nothing else available which may help us to identify the issue. Is this issue due to license limit to 3 free users? OR after using 3 license we can go for LDAP integration?

Hi there, You should look at the server's log instead for detailed errors. Remember to turn on the debug mode as mentioned by Walter earlier too. You must remember not to log out in the browser you are configuring the plugin so that you don't lock yourself out in case of any mis-configurations. Depending on your license applied, you should adjust the user filter in the plugin mapping so that it will only return users that need to login into Joget and not to fall outside of the named user amount limit. Hope this helps. Hugo

Enable the debug mode at the very end of the plugin, it will print out useful error logs in the server log for you to troubleshoot.
