How to store data in Custom HTML Form data into data list ?

I am Designing The Custom Html Template  Form , I want to Store the Custom Html Form Submission data in data list able ,

How to do this one please tell me

      So far i concern there no method to store data for custom html but you can try use hidden field and make the custom html (javascript) to get data value and send value to the hidden field it self.
