Hello,


We are planning to subscribe to the cloud services. We have 10 users so we are looking for the 5USD/user/month. As per the details of this plan, we will have 1 GB * 10 (per my understanding). We are uploading files, so is there any way to delete old files (like after a year)? And how we will know that we have to extend the storage space in case it's full? What will happen in the case the storage is full?

      In case anyone need this, this is the response from Joget:


      1. If we have 10 users, does this mean we will have a total of 10GB shared between all users? or you are limiting each user to 1 GB?
        It will be shared among all 10 users, in total 10GB.

      2. Since we are uploading files, how we can control the space and delete old files when not required?
        You can use the Form FIle Manager Plugin for this.

      3. Can we purchase more space if required?
        Yes, additional storage space is sold at $5 per month per 500 MB.

      4. Will we be able to check our storage status? Limiting a business application without having a mechanism to see resources is very risky.
        To check the storage usage, please email to cloud@joget.com and the team will look into it. If you sign up for the Standard Package, which comes with a Joget Enterprise Support account, you may open a support ticket for that matter as well.
