Hi team,

I have a select box that determines which AJAX Subform record is being loaded. (Parent Field value)

Everything works fine except if I try to optimise page load performance by using "do not load in background if collapsed or hidden" (screenshot included below)

In that case no subform is loaded when I select a value in the Parent Field.
If this is a bug, it would be great to have this fixed in the next update.

Cheers,

Eric

      Hi Owen Ong,

While ticking the collapsible box makes it work in part, the user now has to select the dropdown and then manually expand (even if ëxpanded by default is ticked).

The behavior I am looking for is:

      1. User only sees dropdown (significantly reduced loading time - subform not loaded in background initially)
      2. User selects dropdown option
      3. User sees Subform based on selected option (and doesn't have to click expand)

      Cheers,

      Eric

Hi, I think you will need to tick the "Collapsible?" to make it work. I just tried and it seems to work.

Thanks Owen - I will test that. Didn’t realise that the two might be dependent.
