Can't view uploaded files on Mobile App

The Desktop version of my App works very well, but when I try to preview the Attached Files (e.g. PDF, doc, docx..) on any mobile phone (Android or even on Iphone)  I can see the Link but get no response on clicking. I using a "File link Datalist Formatter" and selected "Download as attachment" which works great on Desktop!

I'm stuck and waste a lot of Time and would appreciate any help

      Hi Anders,  thank you for your response!

      1) Actually, when I run my application on Joget Mobile App, it really does nothing. (Clicking any File still not responding)

      2) Using Chrome Browser on Mobile Phone enables you to download the File(s),  but in case you are going to open it directly (and not using download File option) then you fail up course it adds an "_" close to the end of the File Name. like  .doc_ 

      3) One of my Colleagues was able to open the file on her iPhone but the .doc and .pdf Files were originally set to ISO-8859-9 and not UTF-8, so the document was not readable. 

      I'm looking fw to solve the Problem permanently course we are dealing with a lot of Files as part of our key business processes.

        Hi, did you try unselecting the "Download as attachment" option?
